Verified Renter We are pretty happy with the community in general, however the older buildings are looking dated and cosmetics such as corridor carpeting, lobby decor/furniture, a dismal, poorly ventilated and dirty laundry room make our building (Riverside) unattractive. I wonder at times how it stays competitive with other buildings in Jersey City! No wonder its a revolving door place.
Verified Renter Newport is a lively and safe community just across the river from New York City. There are plenty of restaurants, playgrounds, and medical facilities within this community itself. My mother first told me about this awesome part of Jersey City when I was living in back of City Hall. When I return from places in New York such as Brighton Beach, I am always grateful to live in such a beautiful and safe haven.
Verified Renter Waterside Square South is a beautiful and serum place to live with near by resturant to choose from, the ability to walk in run is what I love and don't forget the breath taking view. I made an excellent choice to move to Waterside Square South.
