Verified Renter I’ve lived here since 1987. Feel very safe and comfortable. Love having a 24 hr doorman. I love that it is a community. There are various events at holiday times. The beach and water park is nice for the families.

With stunning views and enough shops to supply you with everything you need, once you move here, you won't want to go anywhere else. The apartments are spacious and welcome in so much natural light and the greenery is such a breath of fresh air contrasted with the endless concrete in many other second of jersey city.

The location cannot be beat - transportation access, quick into the city, the riverwalk completion, and an easy walk to downtown JC. The floorplan of my apartment makes great use of space and is very comfortable and homey. Verified Renter Living at Parkside East have always been a very pleasant experience. Feeling safe is very important to me . Also, the compounds are always very well kept . The doormen are friendly and helpful ,good management ,beautiful views of New York City and surrounded areas . Nice pathway for jogging and strolls .
