Verified Renter We are so pleased living here. Me and my husband love the staff and treat them like a family. We just moved here last July straight from Singapore and we are suprised how kind and warm they treat us. But the only thing that stopping us is the high rent comparing to other condos. But we do understand as well cos we have the nice view in front of the river. Overall view? Best place to live here in New Port, aside from great location …lovely people ( staff)
Verified Renter Great Neighborhood and the staff is great. From Security to the maintenance team, who is super responsive. Management is always wiling to help out and answer any additional questions that arise.

Verified Renter We enjoy the area and all the staff are phenomenal at Lincoln House! We just don't appreciate the $400 rise in rent while we are still in an apartment that hasn't been refinished. Happy to pay the increase if we could have moved to another refinished open one bedroom.
