Verified Renter Great experience, good staff, clean and safe community. Definitely recommend. Some ammenities can be inclusive in the rent but overall it’s a nice place to live
Verified Renter Overall it’s good, Riverside view is awesome, amenities provided are also good. Parks, School gyms all the facilities are provided. Only cons is that building amenities which provided is little bit old need maintanance time to time, Doorman is very helpful and in case of any concern they raised ticket and it will be resolved within a day.

Verified Renter Living in Newport has been a dream! There are so many fun community activities, the amenities are fantastic (currently really enjoying the pool and grill area), the people are super nice, and nothing beats the view of NYC! I wish I moved here sooner - can't wait to renew my lease!
Verified Renter Too many messy emails, process is very insecure (everyone requesting photos of sensitive ids and docs by email), some links in the emails broken, inspection still didn’t happen… But everyone is real nice and welcoming
