Verified Renter Everything is great. The amenities are good and all the lounges and games are good. I feel like they should get a bigger pool in the beach building and the bisby building so it’ll be easier and more fun.

Verified Renter Generally, I love the neighborhood as it's quiet and we get a great view of Manhattan. I do wish that amenities could be better. I initially thought that we'd have access to the new swimming pool.
Verified Renter We’ve already seen some roaches and a doorman gave my roommates a tough time moving in. We also didn’t have a coax in our apartment so that has to get installed. But work requests are met pretty quickly, and the space is nice.
