Verified Renter Wonderful community, wonderful staff, convenient to NYC with panoramic views of the city! A must for anyone who wants the convenience of Manhattan but quietude do the suburbs.
Verified Renter The environment is good, though sometimes there are annoying sounds of parking radars and alarms from nearby trucks and shops on the street.
Verified Renter Things can be updated kitchen cabinets and drafty windows. I have to clean the laundry room before washing clothes. Garbage shoot gets jam up a lot. A good few improvements.

Because neighborhood is great, because people from the property management office and the leasing office to the maintenance persons (thinking about Richie particularly) and also the people working at the reception desk are all great, respectful and helpful, because apartments are large, because Newport is minutes only from Manhatta... read more
Verified Renter The environment is nice, people are very nice, there are two big supermarkets around, which are very convenient. However, the view for my room is plain, thus I recommend choosing a high floor
Verified Renter The staff at AQUABLU are excellent! The doorman Mauricio and Romano are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is also very fast and helpful - they helped us with the Washing Machine as soon as we put in a a request to fix it! My dogs love the community - enjoyable daily walks!
