Verified Renter Good view. Clean street. It would be better if there are spaces to park bicycles. Security is okay but still concerning. Someone knocked my door and tried to break in. I don't like that.
Verified Renter Just moved in and loving it already! Safe location within walking distance to a shopping mall, parks, stores and restaurants. Walls are a little thin so you can sometimes hear your neighbors but nothing too crazy so far.

Verified Renter The building is beautiful and the community offers many convenient amenities within walking distance. The staff have all been friendly and helpful. Move-in was especially easy with a loading dock elevators at the side of the building. So far we have had a positive experience!
Verified Renter Great apartment in terms of size/views, appliances are really good quality, finishings are middling quality (floors/cabinets, etc), location is fantastic (beautiful, clean, safe, close to PATH), but fairly expensive and the rent increases are very steep (been here for 4 years, ~20% each renewal)

Verified Renter I was living in WSS. For any issues, they would get back within minutes to fix any issues. Concierge and staff in the building are cooperative
Verified Renter I like to live in our community. We have perfect markets and green areas. I love walking near the river. It’s my favorite. And also you can access path train easily.
