Verified Renter The doormen are extremely helpful, nice and polite. The maintenance response time is quick enough. The common spaces are kept clean. There is central AC and heating in the lobby.
Verified Renter A very new building with modern decoration and equipment. The staff is very friendly and considerate. The view of the seaside is beautiful. And it is near the path station and target is just within walking distance. there are many restaurants and cafes nearby the ambiance of this area is great

Verified Renter I will say while everything is great about the apartment (especially location, staff and space) the only downer about the apartment is the toilet system requires multiflushes because its not a standard water toilet tank (hard to explain). I also wish there were some amenities in the building, even just like a residences lounge for the days I work from home.
