Verified Renter Great location, beautiful neighbourhood, safest area, makes this apartment the best choice in Newport. Path station at a walkable distance makes this place so convenient for people working in NYC and easy access to the waterfront. The apartment is clean and is just behind the mall. Free shuttle services to path station are also one of the perks of staying here! Just that there were some issues with AC and dishwasher and blinds that got fixed through service request. Overall a nice experience so far!

Verified Renter Great building, quiet (cannot hear neighbors and very few to none cars circulating in Park Ln S). Nice amenities, while the movie/cinema room is out-of-service for a while. Staff/doorman also very nice, super helpful and very reactive.
Verified Renter Overall experience in good. I would prefer newport over the neighborhood rental apartments. Elevators in some buildings should be improved. Sometime, you need to wait 5 plus minutes to take one.
