Verified Renter Good experience for the price, however windows leak too much air. Older buildings but you get more space. They are doing more community events which is nice. However, beware of huge rent increases.
Verified Renter Apartment community location is good but the apartments itself could be better quality. The bathrooms don’t have ventilation which is a must. The waterfront walkway is amazing. The proximity to Path, grocery and other convenience store is good.

Verified Renter It has been about 9 months and we are still very much enjoying our building and community. We did have an issue recently in our unit that was thankfully addressed fairly quickly, so that was positive.
Verified Renter The apartment even being on lower floor gets enough sunlight which is really good! The new flooring apartments are a better than the old orange flooring apartments- and the management is updating all the apartments to new floors
