Verified Renter So far the apartment has been great. The building itself is kept clean and the surrounding neighborhood is also tidy. The doormen and mail service is a plus. The cons of the place is mostly other tenants. Particularly those that do not unbox their cardboard, not sort their recyclables and trash, and being loud.
Verified Renter I love newport neighbourhood. The places near newport are so beautiful and walkable. If you don’t have car, this is the place where you prefer to stay as everything is so easily accessible.
Verified Renter Very safe, quiet, and well tended community. I am enjoying living in the Newport area. The apartments in Riverside are newly modernized and are very nice. Kind of expensive but worth it for the apartment space and feeling of safety you get to enjoy here. Amazing views of the NYC skyline and I love the walking path along the river. Also very conveniently located near the PATH stations and the HBLR.
