Verified Renter Overall a great place to live. However, the rules and enforcement of them have become lax. It smells like cigarette smoke every single day on the 15th floor in WSS.
Verified Renter Judy at the concierge was so friendly and helpful and I moved in. I got tons of baggage to carry but she was so thoughtful and warm, helping me move all my stuff.
Verified Renter Community is very active with lots of events, concerts and other activities in the summer. Even new pickle ball courts in Riverside rooftop is good too. Please try to add one more court there as demand has risen too much lately
Verified Renter Love everything about Newport Apartments. Location, staff, maintenance is readily available for a quick turnaround. One of the only wishes were if rent prices were lower and the parking was either included or more affordable.
Verified Renter the location of lincoln house is excellent: we are near to the target and many other big market, which include many terms of goods. Also, the way trans to the path is really convinent and safe. People there are friendly and helpful.

Verified Renter The location is fabulous. Apartments are decent. No fancy amenities like pool, gym or clubhouse. in unit dish washer; laundry room in the building. Lease transfer process was slow. it took about a month.
