Verified Renter The area is great. Maintenance is quick to respond. Buildings are generally well maintained. Would prefer to have more amenities for the price.
Verified Renter We’ve lived at the ellipse for over 4 years and absolutely love it. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Our apartment is quiet (never hear neighbors). Our pool is one of our favorite things. We love the park that is steps away from our apartment too.
Verified Renter It is nice neighborhood and safe, but recently number of homeless folks increased in Newport water front, and the management should take care of it. Doormen are great and they are 24/7 available. They add water utility to the rent recently, this is not cool.

Verified Renter It has been 3 years for me in Newport and as a resident I have never faced such a situation where I have to decide to leave this community. I personally enjoy the liveliness of the place (you can always see some foot traffic) as well as the walks alongside Hudson.
Verified Renter The locality is great! The staff is also very helpful. The problem is there are a lot of Roaches and it gets very cold during winters due to the windows and the heater is quite old.
