Verified Renter The Southampton Building has slopes and slants in the floor. Hot water goes off too many times. The Staff is great. Convenient location to restaurants, stores, bank, Mall and PATH. Ive lived in the Paulus Hook, Hamilton Park and Newport areas of Jersey City since 1988. Ive watched it become the City it is now and I always seem to come back to the Marina District in Newport.

Verified Renter I moved here when there was almost no stores, just the mall with some stores and I lived the development and growth. Always for better and the best. Newport now is second to battery park, friendly and safe place to live.

Maintenance is easy to contact through the portal. When they arrive (which in my experience has never been more than 5 hours after submitting the work needed to be done), they arrive and take care of what needs to be done. Verified Renter My decision to live at the Roosevelt was a good one. Not only do I like the living space of the apartment but I also really appreciate the staff. Very pleasant, theyre always willing to help. The maintenance staff is very responsive and seems to immediately address the problem soon after the request is made.
