Verified Renter the worst management ever. the buildings are fine, but the management, oh boy! If you raise a maintenance request please expect to wait for atleast 4 weeks. The people in the leasing office clearly hate their jobs, not once have I been able to contact them ever. no one will ever pickup calls

Verified Renter Honestly the rental office ropes you in with a warm approach but the maintenance and post sale service is quite disheartening. We've had nothing but non-stop issues since the move in and no resolutions have been provided despite having raised multiple requests. The rental office has not redeemed the referral bonus either (pending since 2 months) and are generally not responsive.
Verified Renter Rude front desk (Edwin and Virginia) Do not care about the residents at all !!! Bad policy for delivery and package... I never received some of my packages and the front does not care at all
Verified Renter I’d like my building to have an automatic opening door as I am a new mom and often walk with my baby in a stroller. It is very difficult to get in and out of the building with a stroller. None of these building are ADA accessible.
Verified Renter Great location that is minutes away from NYC. The building management changes frequently without any updates and poor communication to the tenants. All the doors are heavy and slam, which isn't only dangerous, but disruptive. The washers and dryers are a either dirty or broken or both. The apartment's appliances are very cheap and not the best. There is someone on this floor that throws their trash wherever in the refuse room.
Verified Renter The neighborhood is good . there is no amenities- no Gym, there is one swimming pool for four buildings that too not free. Most of the time half of the elevators do not work people get hard time reaching Office as they have to wait for almost 20 minutes to get on the elevator. The interior of the apartment is like interior from 90s. The apartments are crap. Water comes into the room when it rains heavy.
Verified Renter The amenities provided were the worst for the price being paid. Even using the pool had a lot of beauraucracy when it came to reserving etc. even if the entire pool was empty. As a resident atleast provide the ability to be linient with these rules when its free on weekdays.
Verified Renter You’re paying too much rent to be living in a building that has no maintenance at all. Sometimes your problem will be addressed 3-4 weeks later after raising a maintenance request. and not to forget that the property manager is either on an off/ or doesn’t answer calls/emails. but overall, the area is safe
