They Don't Want New Business While I'm sure they will have no problem filling their open units, I must say I've never experienced such terrible customer service. Most sales people jump on any chance to have an eager person jumping through hoops to reach them. Every time I called (during business hours, not during lunch) I reached their centralized service who were very pleasant and informative, but each time(four in total) I was told a leasing agent would call me back and that never happened.
