Verified Renter The apartment keeps increasing the utility costs like laundry, trash fee, water and sewer costs without any notice. Maintenance requests which usually would be resolved quickly have now started taking over a week.
Verified Renter We had a lot of problems when we moved in, such as the bathroom faucet wouldn't shut off the water, only one of the internet outlets worked, almost all of the doors were cracked, the oven smelled bad and was extra dirty, the kitchen faucet switch was broken, and so on. We completed the check-in and gave feedback on these issues, but no one addressed them.
Verified Renter All is good except for their customer helpline. Someone picks up and never has any idea what to do about the apartment query or emergency repairs needed
Verified Renter AC is not working properly and I have been complaining about this since the day I moved in. Isn’t it management responsibility to check all the appliances before the tenant moves in?
Verified Renter I love the neighborhood and management company. But lately it feels like a lot of Supers are not qualified for the job. Also, the older building needs amenities. We pay almost the same as new developments and literally have nothing, the new washer machines are really not good, having washer/dryer in apts would b a great add on.
Verified Renter Constantly have issues with bugs in the apartment that cannot seem to be resolved. Not sure the exterminator the building uses does anything but put some bug traps down. Building is old and you can tell but they charge rent as if its new/well maintained.
Verified Renter As always the leasing office can be better and more responsive to residents.maintenance staff is great management needs significant improvement.
Verified Renter Love how spacious the units are and the views are beautiful if you live in a unit facing the river. But there are drafts in the windows and get super cold in the winter despite having the heater on all day. The electricity bill gets super expensive as well because of that.
Verified Renter Love the location and the community. Couple of concerns - 1/ all the upgrades/work is done only in the exterior while the quality of the apartments are neglected and often issues are addressed through temporary fixes and 2/ noise-levels in the community has significantly gone up.
