I appreciate how when the weather broke…the hvac came right away especially with it being only one person as hvac working this entire complex. My daughter and I appreciate this!

For my personal experience, every maintenance issue so far has been resolved in a timely manner. That may not be case for others. I do wish there was something to be done about dog poop issue and trash bin issue. This maybe just the section I live in. Sometimes the parking gets to be a challenge-my husband and I choose not to rent a shelter it's far from our door. How do you go about applying for handicap space?

My garbage disposal stopped working. Thankfully maintenance was able to to fix it the same day.
Really friendly people the dude in the main office is cool. I'll say there needs to be more communication between the renter and the maintenance staff. It would be nice to basically be told: when, where, why, and how. A simple note of what services had been completed would be nice.
I am not happy with your Maintenance Department because all of these men do not speak English only Spanish. That does not work for me, and it is very disconcerting! We Are unable to communicate Properly. This very Thing happened to me during an Emergency when I Had fallen and needed my Emergency device to call for Assistance! This man brought along a woman with him and neither one Spoke English‼️NO Help at all from This maintenance Man or this Woman! What the Hell ?!?
