The neighbors are great and the maintenance workers that come to work on your apt are great. But the woman in charge in the office doesn’t speak to renters. Shes doesn’t call you back and she acts to busy to deal with issues. Everyone else in the office does the work. The entire time I’ve lived here the gym has never been available to use which was the only reason I moved here.

For my personal experience, every maintenance issue so far has been resolved in a timely manner. That may not be case for others. I do wish there was something to be done about dog poop issue and trash bin issue. This maybe just the section I live in. Sometimes the parking gets to be a challenge-my husband and I choose not to rent a shelter it's far from our door. How do you go about applying for handicap space?
