Great response and impeccable timing. Definitely blew me out of the water. I put in the maintenance order the night before and they came straight out the next day. Seriously surprised me. Great job

We have 5 years living here and I really like it because is quiet and clean
I've already put a good review. Been here over 4 years. Just recently my dishwasher broke. I called on Thursday to report it and someone was there on Friday and now it's fixed. Elaine is excellent to deal with. She appears to be a people person. NO COMPLAINTS, other than the community water bill. Oh well
Easy and accessible
I love my apartment. I feel safe here, and love my neighbors. However, I've been without a dryer for more than 6 months. The maintenance guys have been here so far 5 different times telling me "it works" . The last time I showed him pictures. He promised that I just need a new dryer. Thank God! That was last week, so I'm hoping for it to come this week. I'm older, and hv had some health concerns. So having to carry my wet laundry up/down steps to laundromat is crazy hard. Things are fine just wish they would let you in on after hours to gym and on weekends, I would suggest they put digital lock on door bye pool so residents can get a code to get use of equipment as they are paying for these amenities. Otherwise I have not had any problems in my complex.
The front office Employees are very friendly as well as the maintenance crew. But a lot of my maintenance request are canceled no explanation.
