I've been here over 4 years now. No real issues. They are prompt in fixing my maintenance issues. Maintenance people are always friendly too. I like it here. No problems other than my own thoughts about the " community water bill " some of the charges seem high or unnecessary. Other than that I am pleased with Coach House and the staff/maintenance

Comfortable place to live. Big living, Big kitchen and the living rooms are all Big and marvelous. The maintenance team are excellent answer to the call and fix the problem right away. The only thing is that outside of the building is dusted might need to blow dust or repaint.

The office staff are very good people. I make a "work order" and the maintenance guys are fast at resolving issues. I am older and have existing medical problems. I told Erica, "the Head person, Boss lady) that I was going to be late (my first time in 2.5 years.late due to illness I could work so money just STOPPED.
