I been at coach house since 2025 ,l referred my nephew there. On late June this year they called me and told me l need to move because they need to fixed the building and they did not gave me notice and they said l have to move us some us l try and they finally got me something to the building next to my building. Called regarding water coming out from the washer, took three days for maintenance to come, figured out what to do myself. Had a load of laundry in washer, which would have started smelling, if I hadn't fixed it myself.

This place can improve its customer service, can’t get something fixed on time. On many occasions my air conditioner emergency wasn’t responded to for more than 5 days. Security could be better. Cameras and more lights could improve safety around here

I have put in 2 maintence tickets. The 1st one was compete in a timely manner. The second has not been completed and part of the carpet was removed due to a water leak. Some of my clothing was taken out of the closet and put on the living room floor. There was a loud blower that has been in the apartment for almost a week with no communication as to how long it needs to be on or when it will be removed. Almost five years, many repair orders on deck, outside lights out back, outside lights on front deck, and gutters down throughout complex. Told on previous re rental, all in the works. Yet to see !!! Inside ceiling repair not done. Pool area not safe, previously had key no more. No security!!! Any body can use pool!! Shooting last year!!! Not safe. No security!!! Cannot use deck, water during rain pours on deck. Residents and visitors parking out front, fire lane.
