I'm. Really. Upset about the water/trash bill there's no way it should b that. High I'm. Out. Of. Town most of tge month,then I have maintenance to fix mt restroom sink twice, both times it immediately broke again using USED PARTS AFTER THE THIRD TIME THE MAINTENANCE MAN. The trash around my apartment has only gotten worse. The view outside patio on any given day is cups, plastic bags, newspaper, ...etc. Also, The first thing that see and smell any time that I leaving my apartment or arriving at my apartment is dog feces. On a hot summer day you can smell it in the air from any direction.

This is the worst apartment complex. Horrible customer service. We had a pipe bust in January due to coach house’s negligence for not turning the heat on in the vacant apartment upstairs. It took 3 weeks to fix with no communication or apology from anyone. Now we have the ceiling leaking again and water running down the walls. No one from the office will answer our calls. Ridiculous.
I've been residing in this apartment for the past three years, and I must say, the management here leaves much to be desired. Even for minor issues, their response time is abysmally slow. It's been a recurring theme; when I faced a heating problem, it took them a staggering three months to address it. Then there was a leak issue that dragged on for two months.
