I had maintenance issues leak in my ceiling over my shower took days for someone to show up finally fixed the leak but he cut a big hole in the ceiling and that’s how it has been left over a week now no one has showed up to repair ceiling and cover the hole. I also put on the order my shower is draining very slow and nothing was done about that. 1. Rodents making load noise inside rooftop. I CAN'T GET ANY SLEEP after work at 4:00am. Please call an exterminator and close off their entrance. This is almost a monthly issue. 2. Bad sewage smell continues to come from washing machine drain. I have been spending extra money on bleach as maintenance requested but it's not working. This has been an weekly issue for 5 years. It's embarrassing and I can't have friends and family over as company.

Maintenance is poor quality and very slow. The office staff are not friendly with the exception of a few. The landscape is not attractive and poorly maintained. There are 2 pools but only 1 has been open since the pandemic. I had bird mites get into my apartment because the birds like to live in the dryer ducts above my bedroom window. When calling the on call. Never received confirmation with a returned call. During office hours I called and no one picked up. No one ever returned my calls. Took several requets to get light fixed. Had to call 911 for the smell. I am sure maintenance never investigated if the smell was paint thinner or freon leak. There is no professionalism or respect towards the residents who live here.

The toilet was cleared in about 2 hrs. I went to buy drain cleaner and a new plunger. I spent 45 min working on it myself before maint. Came with the snake. No one ever called me back or text me. I had no idea if anyone got any message. I put in a request to get the toilet changed 3 yrs ago. I am paying 85 dollars a month for water and sewer with is most likely illegal since that is not my real usage. I last thing my rent cafe account was blocked and hard time paying my bill but got it done.

The breeze way is still dark. I noticed other breeze ways are well lite. Head of maintenance needs to come out to the complex after sunset and notice the difference. There must be an electrical issue with the lights. This is a hazard. The electric wiring could be a part of the wiring that maybe connected the the second bedroom where the lights have not worked properly since we moved in

The office manager is incredibly rude, and doesn’t seem to respect veterans (vet. Discount decreases every year) Any and all issues are almost impossible to solve because it seems that that office never has anyone there to answer phones. The only nice thing are the maintenance workers who all seem over worked and unappreciated by management.
