Hello, Reggie was my leasing agent, we toured a 1 and 2 bdrm. Reggie was prompt to my immediate need of renting an apartment. I liked both units Reggie showed me. I rented the 1 bdrm, however I was kinda concerned about the parking in the area. Now that I've moved in parking very tight. Tenants have 2 and 3 vehicles to one apartment. The workers came into my apartment to fix my running toilet. The toilet got fixed, but they marked my broken shower curtain rod as fixed and it was not. Its still sitting on my bathroom floor.

I had maintenance issues leak in my ceiling over my shower took days for someone to show up finally fixed the leak but he cut a big hole in the ceiling and that’s how it has been left over a week now no one has showed up to repair ceiling and cover the hole. I also put on the order my shower is draining very slow and nothing was done about that. 1. Rodents making load noise inside rooftop. I CAN'T GET ANY SLEEP after work at 4:00am. Please call an exterminator and close off their entrance. This is almost a monthly issue. 2. Bad sewage smell continues to come from washing machine drain. I have been spending extra money on bleach as maintenance requested but it's not working. This has been an weekly issue for 5 years. It's embarrassing and I can't have friends and family over as company.

Maintenance is poor quality and very slow. The office staff are not friendly with the exception of a few. The landscape is not attractive and poorly maintained. There are 2 pools but only 1 has been open since the pandemic. I had bird mites get into my apartment because the birds like to live in the dryer ducts above my bedroom window.
