Comfortable place to live. Big living, Big kitchen and the living rooms are all Big and marvelous. The maintenance team are excellent answer to the call and fix the problem right away. The only thing is that outside of the building is dusted might need to blow dust or repaint.

The office staff are very good people. I make a "work order" and the maintenance guys are fast at resolving issues. I am older and have existing medical problems. I told Erica, "the Head person, Boss lady) that I was going to be late (my first time in 2.5 years.late due to illness I could work so money just STOPPED. Erica, and the two people in the office were SO compassionate and totally allowed me to be late without bothering me about it! So like I said... My whole experience at Coach house has been great. Great response and impeccable timing. Definitely blew me out of the water. I put in the maintenance order the night before and they came straight out the next day. Seriously surprised me. Great job

I've already put a good review. Been here over 4 years. Just recently my dishwasher broke. I called on Thursday to report it and someone was there on Friday and now it's fixed. Elaine is excellent to deal with. She appears to be a people person. NO COMPLAINTS, other than the community water bill. Oh well
