Ok with the latest maintenance issue
All of our outside lights went out because of the weather. This included breezeway and carports. I called maintenance, spoke to Kim and someone came out that same day. When I got home lights were all back on. Good job Kim and maintenance staff

I sent maintenance request on Sunday for the water pressure in my kitchen. It was fixed on Monday. I sent in another request on Tuesday for the bathroom sink dripping and stopper not functioning. It was fixed on that same day. He even made the water pressure in the kitchen better. Above and beyond excellent service AS ALWAYS

Put in a work order for some doors that were sticking as a medium urgency repair. Repairs were done within just a couple of hours was very pleased with the response. Still have. Still have one door that is sticking a little but not sure what the issue with that door is, but overall very pleased.
