The maintenance did a great job at replacing the filter on the faucet. He was quick and customer friendly and respectful.
It took a while to get an EMERGENCY response, but finally got good results.
Everything went well considering, I appreciate getting the washer fixed, thank you.

When it snows, it would have been nice if the apartment office cleaned the snow in the apartment complex as soon as possible so that residents would not interfere with commuting. The snow that came a few days ago still remains in the complex, so cars and residents are having difficulty going around.

When I need maintenance they alway come and fix the problem the same day and on weekend
I really liked working with the office crew. They are very helpful. I would recommend Couch House to anyone.
I've been here over 4 years now. No real issues. They are prompt in fixing my maintenance issues. Maintenance people are always friendly too. I like it here. No problems other than my own thoughts about the " community water bill " some of the charges seem high or unnecessary. Other than that I am pleased with Coach House and the staff/maintenance
