Overpriced! The Austin Apartments are nice but extremely overpriced. For a 4-month lease on a two bedroom with a loft we were charged over $3000 per month. We ended up needing to extend the lease on a month-to-month basis due to delays in our new construction and each time they increased the rent. First to $3200, then to $3400, and now it’s over $3500 for one month of rent. Not worth it!
Austin apartments Grounds are well lit, extremely well maintained year round. Only problem is I can't seem to find where to send a maintenance request. Apartment satisfies all our needs especially since my daughter is a paraplegic. Close to shopping and transportation. Great place to live.

Apartment Lived here for about 1 year and I love it. The staff is great and any maintenance issues they fix right away. Neighbors are all respectful, great floor plans. Overall great experience

Upgrades and Views Upgraded Appliances, Flooring, and Bathrooms. The view from the Balcony was inspiring. The club house amenities were well worth it. The pool, gym, and computer lounge were welcoming. They have flexible leasing terms and were very through at answering any maintenance calls. They are 40-50 minutes from Atlantic City if you like to gamble. On the best of day you can sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sunset.
