Average Place To Live Pictures look great. Model looks great. Units are really just older stuff with fresh paint. You will notice all the cracks after being in your unit for a couple of months. Bubbles in tile, cracks in paint, loose drawers, etc. The dog park is mostly unusable 6 months out of the year due to drainage issues on the property. Great place to live! I have lived here for six years now. Maintenance services are prompt, neighbors are friendly, and staff are very helpful. The only issue that I’ve seen occurs when spring begins - the birds take up residence in the breezeways by making nests which can create a “mess”. This is simply nature…once the eggs hatch and the nests are empty, I call for maintenance to remove the nests and clean the mess, and everything is taken care of promptly. Great place Friendly staff, very timely maintenance, all around great experience so far!
Resident review The amenities are not up to date and not worth the price we pay. The dog park isn’t usable do you the mud and poor keep. There are no dog poop bags on property which would be nice. The pool is small and not enough seating for the amount of residents. But overall, it’s quiet and homey. We do love it here just wish the amenities were better for the price we pay.

Beautiful But Expensive Beautiful apartments very well taken care of but prices keep rising. Staff is mostly very nice and helpful except one who I won’t name seems to be on a little power trip l. Convenient location with access to most highways and a new wawa right up the street less than a mile away. Overall I’d recommend if you have 2000$ budget. 3.5 stars
