Upgrades I moved here last year, great location, the property is nice and well maintained but the rent is high. The kitchen can use an upgrade, not enough cabinets and countertops for use. The bathrooms are dated as well. Old sinks and old countertops.
Decent I have lived in this apartment complex for 4 years now. Overall, decent place to live. Good location and access to major highways. overall quiet neighborhood. Not a fan of inflation being the excuse for the increased rent each renewal. And not a fan that most requests get pushed aside.
Longtime tenant I have lived here since 2008, and have nothing but good things to say. Yes, I wish the rent had a ceiling after a certain amount of years, and yes I wish the rent payment was less. But, I know that it's comparable for other complexes in the area. I am very pleased with the office staff, and the maintenance staff. Nice place I like it but there's room for improvement
Awesome place to live We moved here in August 2022 but lived here previously. Great management team with awesome maintenance staff. We love that its dog friendly with a dog park for our fur baby to run and play. Residents are friendly, parking is ample which is a bonus.

Great Place to live and Call Home I've been here since mid August 2022. The apartment is very spacious-master bedroom is huge. There is an outdoor storage closet situated on the terrace, I love the convenience of having the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer in the apartment. Overall I'll give the apartment an "A". I was also happy that Verizon (FiOS)services The Austin. Concern I have lived here for 6 years. Overall, it's a great community. The staff is always friendly and fix any issues that I might have. I don't know if your short staff now with your maintenance, but for the last several months the garbage bins have been full of garbage on the ground, and this is after the garbage pick-up, it really looks bad and smells. That is the only issue that I have, please address. Thanks,
great location Just shy of three months, I enjoy a wooded view from my balcony and the relative quiet of the complex. I'm very comfortable here.
