Great Place to Live I've been a resident for 21 years. I have always enjoyed living here. Requested repairs are completed in a timely manner. The office staff, helpful and courteous. This a great location. I'm 80 years old, and it is quiet where I live and the community is safe.
Somewhat Decent Place To Live Would be better if maintenance patrolled the grounds for trash, cleaned the trash areas from overflow due to winds, lazy trash collectors and lazy tenants who can not find the large trash container. Also, very pet friendly but there are quite a few tenants with large dogs that do not clean up after them. Maintenance does nothing about it. One alarming recent discovery is the "tagged" trash bin area brick wall. Maintenance has done nothing to clean it. Looks like gang land.
very modern I've lived here for about two year and have had a great experience since day 1. The staff are great, any issues with the apartment are fixed with in a day or two, plenty of parking and so much to do here or even away from home with it being so close to everything.

Nice and quiet place to live The complex is very nice, has good amenities and very quiet and friendly people live in here. The staff, both administrative and maintenance are pleasant and efficient.
Review of property It has been a good experience living here. The only issue I have is if I come home after 9 o’clock I can’t find parking due to tractor trailers being parked in the spots. I have raised this to property management however, they said they need time to resolve the issue. This is been going on for over a month.
