Its a great place to live I actually love living here, the location is great, the style of apartments is great. I have lived here for 10 years. 2 issues....I feel the increase in Rents are to much. I wish I could get more updates in my apartment from the wear and tear. My lease runs until October 2023, but I am not sure if I want to stay here with the increases and no updates.
nice place great location two years - lease amount is high, grounds are saturated (esp dog park and that surrounding area), not sure why waste mgmt comes at 6am creating large bomb-like noises waking the whole community up.

Great Place My experience living here is great! All neighbors respect one another regardless of nationality and skin-complexion. The pool is beautiful and great for cookouts on the grill. It is great to jog and the exercise room is great. The accommodation of relaxing in the lounge is nice. The bathrooms are kept clean and am grateful that I can live here with my family. Most Importantly I feel safe and parking is great.

Safe But Costly Our living experience here has been good. Great staff and good location. The value however, doesn’t match the rent. The units lack lighting in the bedrooms and loft. At least some outlets have been wired to switches so you can provide your own lighting. For the price, you would expect lighting fixtures in every room, or even fans, and better noise suppression between units. The landscaping is top notch, but I think some of the resources allotted for the grounds should be sourced into updating the general func... read more
