Bye & Thanks! My wife Salli and I have been at the Locust Grove / Austin for the last ten years. We have had and still have wonderful neighbors. Never a problem with loud noise, or Fed Ex ,Ups or porch package theft. My vehicle was never broken into or damaged. I worked for Quaker and The Austin ownership. Maintenance was a proioty for our renters. The office staff may have had some bad press in the past. Try to manage 300 apts. and I guarantee one or ten may have a problem. Review of The Austin Apartments Very happy living at The Austin Apartments. We are comfortable in our two-bedroom apartment. The staff and maintenance crew are always polite, helpful and very quick to answer any question or issues we may have. Hope to be at The Austin for a long time.
Austin a nice place to make home! We like this apartment very much! The staff and maintenance crew are outstanding. The staff takes great concern in keeping the property looking great. The staff is always sending out needed notices to get the residents to clean up after their animals which is always needed as some residents just don’t clean up and always walk their animals right out side the entrance. Great location and respectful neighbors The only real "complaint" is the tight parking. The noise is average for apartment living and the neighborhood is very friendly.
austin apts love it here but some noise
Upper floors with wood should be better insulated. Rugs should be covering over 80 percent of the wood floors! It is very disturbing!
