Great place to live! Been here less than a week, but my wife and I love our new apartment. The leasing staff and maintenance have been the friendliest! We are very lucky to have them!
Valet Trash: A Lesson in how to not treat tenants. The valet trash is a disaster. Some buildings are absoltuely overflowing with trash and its disgusting and unsanitary.
Not Worth The Continuous Rent Increase's I have Lived Here for over 3 years. My apartment is nice and functions well. The Rent is definitely not appealing to me. I'm Over $900 more then when I moved in. The staff is nice and service is fast. the Trash enclosers are another story.
Money money money....that's all that owners care about 14years living here. Only maintenance has come in to do items that needed to be fixed. Nothing else has been touched....no new rugs, no painting, no new appliances......nothing, unless it breaks. And, they have the nerve to increase rent each time you are up for a new lease!!!!!
Not to happy Parking is the worst. Can't get a broken dryer replaced. Only thing keeping me here is the location. Poor apt designs, we cant close doors because the air wont circulate, with only 1 return duct.
Good Emery thing is very fine
Poor review Lived here 12years. In that time nothing has been updated!!!! Walls not painted, no new carpeting, requested new kitchen appliances and was told that the old worked just fine.
Underwhelming For the price I expect better
Won't be renewing Staff communicate absolutely nothing to you. Left our apartment a mess. Animal stains everywhere. Just very unhappy with this move.
