Walking Heard Above Head Atea The Area is Wonderful. Noise level minimum ,only issue I have at present is hearing walking back and forth above my head. Sound proof needs to be updated as far as rugs etc to keep noise level down!

Overall a great place to live, but has opportunities. I love living at the Austin in Deptford, NJ. They keep up with replacing things throughout the apartments to make sure appliances and living hardware is new. The location is excellent and parking is never an issue. The condition of the "breezeways" though is less than satisfactory. And if you bring up a cleanliness concern such as the exterior cob webs, dirt, etc. they don't do anything about it except MAYBE come through once with a leaf blower if you're lucky. Great Management Management is really great at this property, and despite any challenges you may have with other neighbors with noise; they will absolutely work to make things right, in terms of getting you some resolve. Overall this is a great community, and is quite quiet for the most part.
Review Neighbors and area are great. Apartment smelled, thought it was just from being closed up. Found out from neighbors this apartment has had prior problems with odor. Maintenance called to fix air conditioning leak, he came but it still leaks.
Great Location, Great place to live Couldn't be a better location. Leasing office has been great!
The Austin Rent is overpriced.
Great place to live! Been here less than a week, but my wife and I love our new apartment. The leasing staff and maintenance have been the friendliest! We are very lucky to have them!
