Review I love Valley Tower. Its location, space, amenities, and ample parking. Great scenery in a quiet neighborhood.
Maintenance Issues My central air went out a while ago. While I was out the maitanance crew moved my window shelf, broke one of my plants, tore my blackout curtain, broke a necklace that I has hanging in my window and put in a window unit. If I had been warned of their plan I would have had the area cleared. They said it would be fixed that Sat. Here we are weeks out and still just the window unit in my bedroom. Neighbors upstairs Its fine, except the neighbors upstairs are very loud with thei stomping.
The door is bad I cant fathom how someone thought it was a good idea for a building to have only phone access? What if I don't have my phone with me? Or if its out of battery? Besides all of these, the door sometimes sizes and fails to open from the inside. There are times were I have to force the door to open. This is a fire hazard/
Just got here I just moved in. Im trying to get to maintenance because the elevator isbt working. This review is not cool right now
Would not recommend I would not recommend living at this apartment complex or any of the Hunter Lafayette properties. I had multiple issues with maintenance requests that were not or partially fulfilled, including a buildup of mood that was poorly cleaned up in the utility closet, water leaking in the fridge, poor water pressure in sinks. The elevators and hallways always have trash, spills, etc. in them and are rarely cleaned. Yikes Peaceful place to live but amenties dont work at all. Managament doesnr care about residents.
okay for the price! I've lived here for almost an entire year! The building is very old as is everything in it, but when things break or mess up, maintenance is usually sent in a timely manner. Some things have been unfortunate like the ac being broken in the summer, but they have put a window unit in in the meantime. Personally, no washer/dryer in unit is the most annoying thing and the apmt unit is a little expensive for what you get, but okay overall!
Valley Tower Main complaint is over maintenance. Extremely rude tho those who PAY to live at the residence.
