Amazing for price Living here has been great. Neighbors are very considerate and not noisy at all. My unit came clean and had no problems. Water quality, however, is not the best. Parking lot was always full, but recently it has been very open.
It's nice. The apartments are nice. The space inside is used well, but you can't help but hear everyone above you.

Valley Towers - Great Location I have lived at Valley Towers for more than a year now. The amenities are great with perfect views from every room in the apartment. The neighborhood is perfect since it is so quiet and the neighbors are amazing.

Great for the price Very spatious apartment for a very reasonable rent. It's amazing that we even have acdess to a gym at this rent (although it's in the next building).
Very good service I have been living here since August 2023 and planning to stay until finishing school if this kind of service continues. I liked the prompt response from the leasing office and all the supportive staff. I would like to mention one incident, I left my keys and all my important cards on the door for 6-7 hours and one of the cleaning staff gave me back. I am grateful to him and I appreciate this property management hires loyal staff.
Would Move Here Again Close to Purdue campus and to Lafayette for easy commutes to school, work, groceries, etc. Really like the layout and space I have along with being a little bit secluded from things.
