Good place decent staff It’s a great building. Just needs some TLC.
Good I have been here for almost four years. My first three were extra good. Having some staff downstairs was very helpful. Now, there is someone downstairs who is not helpful at all.
Best Starter Pack Been living at Hunter properties since I've been old enough to live on my own. Lived on 3 of the properties and I've never had any big complaints, they're nice/good places for the price and location. Would highly recommend for people venturing out on their own for the first time.
Quiet and secured Very quiet and secure to feel safe
comfortable, uncomplicated, private For about 1.5 years I have lived at Valley Tower apartments, I work all hours, often I bike or bus to and from my Purdue office. My apartment is peaceful, spacious and well constructed from good materials. The building is secure and secluded. Easy to host guests for a little. Both free uncovered and for-rent covered parking available. Best to keep a roommate in a two-bedroom for the best value experience.

It's amazing here. Couldn't ask for a better place to live.
Nice Spacious Apartments. Beware package thieves These are really nice spacious apartments in an even nicer part of town. The appliances are modern and all worked very well. The HLP staff I very friendly and helpful. The downside to this apartment is that the mail area is not very secure and other residents and I have had multiple packages stolen. Besides that, it is a great place to live.
