Happy Nice quiet clean
Excellent Value Been living at Valley Towers for about 6 months. I do recommend it. It's quiet, well located -- easily withing biking distance of the university. There is basement parking, though it's a little expensive and mostly unnecessary considering the relatively spacious outside lot. Elevator is usually good but can rarely go out for up to a week. Community is very pleasant.
Exceptional Apts in the heart of Lafayette Finally made the move downtown. After putting in the time and leg work, found this gem hidden away on 4th Street. The building is beautiful, and leaves an impression when guests see it for the first time. The gym is stocked with the latest gear, and the gals in the office are sweet as can be. The gated and covered parking is ideal, and a dozen plus streetside spots for guests. Not Quite "Luxury" But Decent Apartment wasn't cleaned all the way when I moved in. Carpet, bathrooms not cleaned. High turnover with staff so lots of different info provided without final resolution. Specifically window coverings/treatments...everyones windows look different and not uniform which looks cheap. Views are great but electric bills high in winter due to poorly insulated windows. Wrap around balcony is great. But railing is covered in old lifted paint and rusty metal.
Good for graduate students I really like it here, its comfortable, affordable, and close to everything.
10/22 Review I have loved living with Hunter Properties up until this year. I have always felt like it was a great value for the location and the ammenities provided. However, around March, I started to feel like I was not getting my money's worth. The hallways and elevator were (and still are) always a disaster. The same spill, trash, or stain would be left for months without getting cleaned. Trash cans piled up in the lobby, were left on top of desks, and never got changed. So great! My neighbors upstairs have heavy feet LOL Also the apartment is smaller than the one I was shown. However, it is still very nice and I am very happy.
I really like it here Really happy with the apartment, I’m having some issues with the fridge but hopefully I get it fix soon. Other than that, everything is good!
