Hidden Gem Prior to moving into my apartment, I worked with Zach, Asst. Property Mgr., and he was extremely helpful, responsive and professional. Completely different experience from my prior Landlord. The apartments are located in a great area of downtown Lafayette- close to restaurants and Purdue University. Prospect Hill Apartments Just moved in here this year. The property has great value for money. Neighborhood is good, quiet, safe. Maintenance is a little slow but nothing too extreme.

Great housing if you got any car! Worth the penny if you have a car. But sometimes there are issues with the drier at the apartment. But the location of the washing machine and the drier is totally worth it.
Great deal for two I lived in Valley Towers for two years. It was very comfortable, located near downtown, quiet at night, and used good quality materials in kitchen and bathroom construction. The building supports cable internet for each tenants. Two-bedroom is very affordable when shared with a room-mate. Sometimes leasing staff are a little unresponsive, but overall friendly and helpful. Pay with check to avoid convenience charges.

Housing Review The experience is overall pretty good. The only concern is about the heating system, which cannot be changed or adjusted based on the external temperature. As a result, once it is turned off, we experience very cold days inside the house.
