Nice and calm Its a really good place, quite and calm. I really like it the only cons is the parking and the maintainance for the common area which are not really clean.
Decent Place Maintenance takes forever to respond/fix issues, but staff is generally friendly. Noise is not a problem. More amenities would be nice, but the location being close to downtown is also nice.
Prospect Hills Apartments Good neighborhood and location. Affordable rent.
Satisfied We are happy with our overall experience of staying at Valley tower. Though we face here and there some issues, the well supported staff works on maintenance religiously whenever needed.

Alright for now Lived here for almost 2 years and It's alright for the price, parking is abysmal and constantly run out of spots and the washers & dryers here are next to useless and coin operated. Maintenance does the best job they can with occasional odd choices and office staff is helpful whenever they can be. Overall it's alright and there's definitely worse and more expensive options so for now, it's a decent option.
Living here is fine Its fine. The only thing im missing is the dishwasher that was in the layout that I was told to look at before i moved in.
Poor Management The location of Valley Tower is amazing, especially since it is so close to downtown. Management of this apartment is poor. They do not pay attention to quality or respect of their current tenants, instead, they would rather you sign somewhere else than deal with their management issues. Maintenance does an excellent job when tasked with fixing your apartment. Do not trust the main office to accomplish anything in a timely manner or at all.
