Poor Service at Prospect Hill for new tenants Not happy with the staff or maintenance. Put an order in for missing items in my apartment upon move in and it took weeks. They showed up no notice. The office staff particularly Zack is unhelpful.
Nice place! They should improve a couple of details My biggest complain? they don't have an office in the building. I have to cross town to talk to somebody. This is really annoying!
Good Not Great Property fixes symptoms of profound problems rather than the problems themselves. Enemy no. 1: The windows. Single-paned, metal frames, and probably original to the building. They bleed us dry on energy bills (not fun for residents' wallets and not conscientious for the environmental impact on our community). They also drip condensation year-round (which often freezes on the inside of the windows in the winter so that sheets of ice are living in the apartment interiors--not really an aesthetic we were going fo... read more
Prospect Hills No heat for winter 20/21, no AC for summer 21. Not enough parking for people in the building, ever. Employees ignoring certain phone numbers that call to report issues. An over stretched maintenance crew (A single guy), sent from a third party business. The business purposefully ignores issues that are urgent. (No heat with weather below 32 F, water leaks, etc)
Excellent property and location. Disappointing management. Hoping to see significant change with the new management.
