Verified Renter Love the peaceful atmosphere apartment are very big and lots of space pet friendly and clean outdoors the local grocery stores and gas station are right around the corner.

Verified Renter PCSing to the area through the military was extremely stressful. For some reason there were multiple setbacks. After searching online for months and visiting in-person for a safe affordable community I finally found Quail Run. My leasing specialist and made this experience simple and stress free. She provided outstanding customer service and finding a home here has been such a relief from everything else.
Verified Renter The staff is very friendly and professional. I love green areas like the lake and the dog park. The gym and pool are clean and organized. The only negative thing I have seen so far is that there is a lot of dog poop. Pet owners do not pick up poop and you have to be careful when walking through green areas so as not to step on the poop.
Verified Renter It’s well maintained most people are pleasant, I don’t like the speeding of vehicles this is a community not a race track. Maintenance is prompt and does a good job. Overall a nice and quiet place to stay.
Verified Renter The complex is quiet and peaceful. Very convenient to get to work. The apartment is okay but could use some much needed remodeling. The neighbors are good people.
Verified Renter Overall a great place! Only downside is if you work nights the maintenance happens during the day but that is an obstacle that you will have anywhere! Wish the playground was a little bigger and more accommodating to children of all ages but still amazing to have one for the kiddos!
