Verified Renter The community is peaceful and quiet. Well kept grounds and amenity areas such as fitness center and pool. Great service with maintenance issues.
Verified Renter Love living here! My apartment is so perfect for my kids and I. I love the amenities offered here, the front office staff is very responsive and very nice! And maintenance is great, I have had a few maintenance issues over the past 2 years and they have been promptly fixed with a smile. Lastly the location is great, right in the middle of everything and grocery stores and gas stations are less than 3 minutes away.

Verified Renter PCSing to the area through the military was extremely stressful. For some reason there were multiple setbacks. After searching online for months and visiting in-person for a safe affordable community I finally found Quail Run. My leasing specialist and made this experience simple and stress free. She provided outstanding customer service and finding a home here has been such a relief from everything else.
Verified Renter The staff is very friendly and professional. I love green areas like the lake and the dog park. The gym and pool are clean and organized. The only negative thing I have seen so far is that there is a lot of dog poop. Pet owners do not pick up poop and you have to be careful when walking through green areas so as not to step on the poop.
Verified Renter It’s well maintained most people are pleasant, I don’t like the speeding of vehicles this is a community not a race track. Maintenance is prompt and does a good job. Overall a nice and quiet place to stay.
