Verified Renter The tens increases have been ridiculous the last couple of years. With what is being made on rent, it should be in better condition. Hoping it gets better. Can’t afford to move.

Verified Renter Not a bad community to be apart of. Pretty quiet, Just be mindful you will get charged for everything. I wished maintenance responded faster, or knew what to do instead of the problem being put off because they have to get a contractor.
Verified Renter The apartment is everything I could ask for. A lot of space for the kids to play, playground, pool, gym. The best thing about this place is the peace and quiet. Once and awhile you’ll have that noisy neighbor but other than that everything is a dream come true

Verified Renter Love living here! My apartment is so perfect for my kids and I. I love the amenities offered here, the front office staff is very responsive and very nice! And maintenance is great, I have had a few maintenance issues over the past 2 years and they have been promptly fixed with a smile. Lastly the location is great, right in the middle of everything and grocery stores and gas stations are less than 3 minutes away.
