Verified Renter Been here almost 5yrs. Grounds are clean, rent is affordable, apartment is spacious, maintenance is amazing, I could go on. Only negative is the issue I had with watebugs just about every summer.
Verified Renter Quiet community. Kinda give senior citizen only community. Overall pretty decent, can’t complain much. Only thing I dislike is you can’t work on your car. So if you got a flat or need a jump….don’t let them see you or you getting fined. Not even sure what qualifies as working on your car fr.

Verified Renter The apartments are nice, mostly clean and usually quiet. The big issues lie with the gate constantly being broken, people flying through the complex blaring music, and there not being assigned parking spots.

Verified Renter A ton of bugs and roaches come into my apartment when the weather is warm. My windows are painted shut. There is sticky stuff all over my floors upon move in that I was expected to clean up. The speed bumps on the main drive are so extreme that you need to slow down to 1-2 mph to go over them. Maintenance has been pretty responsive, rent is fairly cheap, and the staff have been nice. The apartments are definitely spacious.
