Verified Renter It’s a quiet neighborhood. Most residents are military, medical or state employed. Seniors reside out here as well. Very pet friendly. Great maintenance staff.

Verified Renter The neighborhood is nice, the only thing is I hate having to keep making new requests for something to be fixed. When I move into an apartment I expect everything to be fixed and ready for me to move into. Luckily management is on top of it about coming as soon as possible and not days later so I love that. Overall I'm glad to be in a new neighborhood.
Verified Renter Very quiet neighborhood. Wish they had 4 bedrooms. Management is very nice and available for you when needed. Hate that someone keeps breaking the gate.

Verified Renter So far the people are very friendly and the area is beautiful . I love the location and the fact that they have a gym is a plus. Not too worried about the pool right now but I hope they will have it available by summer.
