I think that Quail Run could make tenants experience better if they resolve the issue of people smoking whatever in the units. This is something that I believe should be discussed when the lease is signed, that it is forbidden because the vents are shared and the scent from the smoke travels to your apartment making it inconvenient for you. ... read more
