Unless you like roaches for roomies don't move here I have had roaches since one week after moving in. I had to go to corporate office just to get an off cycle pest spray that did no good. The roaches are bad because the units are not put together well. There are spaces between the wall and floor that allows roaches free range to my place. The office took 3.5 months to come and caulk rhese areas. And that was after SEVERAL work orders were submitted. Unsatisfied Ex-Tenant If I could give zero stars I would. The only thing I liked about this place was the convince to the stores and the original office staff when I first moved in 2013 was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I had 1 maintenance guy that tried his best to accommodate all the issues of my apartment but the management company was cheap and only allowed so much to the repairs. Place is a dump. Our cars have been vandalized numerous times with my neighbors motorcycle and trailer stolen from in front of his place. They do very shady work. Painted the tubs with latex paint to make them look new just to have the paint peel and make a huge mess 1 week after we moved in. Windows and doors are not weatherproof so you lose all of your A/C in the summer and your heat in the winter. Front door has a 1/2" gap around it. Save your money! Do not move here I've major issue the first month I moved in and when you need something fixed it takes them weeks almost a month to do it unless you stay on top of them. My apartment flooded twice, the water comes out orange with black mold or rust in my second bathroom, major toilet issues and the have bug issue

Only because I have to Worst place ever to live unless you like sleeping with roaches. I had to move out because my roaches couldn't pay their half of the rent. Staff was awfully Dumb and maintenance couldn't fix their way out of a paper bag.

Quail run Quail run is a lemon. It looks great on the outside but once you get inside your apartment it is apparent you have been swindled. They show you a perfect display apartment. So much money was put into it. But they try not to show you your actual place until you sign the lease by telling you it isn't ready. Maintenance isn't professional or experienced. The wiring and plumbing are the real issues, because the holes around the have huge gaps that allow bug and animals inside your place. I'm not sure if u wanted positi... read more
