Verified Renter I love the apartments, and the amenities. The rent is a little high, and I'm tired of people breaking the gate and getting away with it. Also I have seen many tenants subletting their apartments to noisy students who party all hours of the day and night.

Verified Renter Great home for small growing families in this area especially with FT Jackson, grocery stores, convenience stores, and much more within a 5mile radius of the complex. Area Beautification, cleanliness, and maintenance are all done in a good timely manner. Only real issue I can address is the low security and lack of surveillance with that causing multiple car brake-ins and loss of personal property.

DO NOT LIVE HERE The property was in a good location and decently priced which is why we chose to live here, but there was a slew of issues. 1) the apartment REEKED of cigarettes. Bait and switched units when moving in, and they would not do anything about the smell. 2) units are outdated--appliances and fixtures very dated. 3) any time maintenance requests were put it, it would take days for staff to assist. 4) upon moving out--the unit was left spotless--and received a zero balance notice. 2 months later received a COLLECT... read more

Privacy Not Respected There is a lot that I like, but also a great amount that I do not like about living here. Today I get ANOTHER notice that they will be entering my apartment next week and do not give a specific date, but rather give a span of 4 whole days that they could be entering my apartment. This means that I will have to lock my cat up from Monday-Thursday and if I am working from home I will have to hide in my room as to not be interrupted when they enter. Do Not go off Online Pictures (Deceiving) Older buildings, maintenance does patch work, bugs even with pest control, can’t see apartment until after lease is signed. No tennis court, laundry room not open. New carpet, tub, flooring.

The people in the office are nice I wouldn't live here again, only because we've had water/leak issues in our unit. Maintenance has gotten better, but for what you're getting it's a tad overpriced. The office ladies are nice and helpful though, and will take care of any major issues you have.

Unless you like roaches for roomies don't move here I have had roaches since one week after moving in. I had to go to corporate office just to get an off cycle pest spray that did no good. The roaches are bad because the units are not put together well. There are spaces between the wall and floor that allows roaches free range to my place. The office took 3.5 months to come and caulk rhese areas. And that was after SEVERAL work orders were submitted. Unsatisfied Ex-Tenant If I could give zero stars I would. The only thing I liked about this place was the convince to the stores and the original office staff when I first moved in 2013 was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I had 1 maintenance guy that tried his best to accommodate all the issues of my apartment but the management company was cheap and only allowed so much to the repairs.
