Verified Renter lovely apartment homes, exceptional service so far! staff is very friendly, informative and helpful! i feel like im living in a cute little cottage.
Verified Renter Lots of space. The grounds are kept well. Lake is nice to have and plenty of parking. Gate works too. Only criticism is that surface upgrades are superficial.

Verified Renter I have enjoyed living here for the past 4.5 years. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. It is quite! The one thing that I wish is that the price of rent would grandfather in when you have been renting for more than three years.

Pros and Cons Pros: grated community. Office staff is evolved on improving the community, and making sure tenants are happy. Location is great. You near shopping centers, restuarants, easy freeway access. Lots of military. Never a parking issue. Apartments are spacious, like huge. All units come with own water heaters, patios or balconies. Rent is priced right. Pets with no breed restrictions. Cons: the buildings are old. Pipes leak. You see the exterior rotting. Paint job inside and out is awful.Roaches everywhere.
