Verified Renter Nice, quiet place with nice neighbors. You don’t have to worry about any violence occurring. I would love to meet some more of my neighbors.
Verified Renter So far the people are very friendly and the area is beautiful . I love the location and the fact that they have a gym is a plus. Not too worried about the pool right now but I hope they will have it available by summer.

Verified Renter Not a bad community to be apart of. Pretty quiet, Just be mindful you will get charged for everything. I wished maintenance responded faster, or knew what to do instead of the problem being put off because they have to get a contractor.
Verified Renter The apartment is everything I could ask for. A lot of space for the kids to play, playground, pool, gym. The best thing about this place is the peace and quiet. Once and awhile you’ll have that noisy neighbor but other than that everything is a dream come true
Verified Renter I’ve loved it here so far! The staff has been extremely kind and very helpful. My apartment is very nice and I’m slowly making it a home. I can see myself possibly renewing my lease if I find myself still in Columbia after this year!
