No issues with bugs inside, just pesky drain flies. The water pressure seems to all be connected. If I wash my hands in the bathroom sink while running a bath, the sink water pressure is just drips. Verified Renter So far my experience is great! I love how quickly the leading office responds and assists with inquiries. The gate is a plus for sure! I was looking for a property that was similar to the one I left and it is surprisingly better.
