Verified Renter I've been excited about moving here since I first walked into the office and met LaVita. She made the experience feel warm and welcoming. The apartment that I moved into is nice, clean, and spacious. The only negative was that the enclosed patio has a pet smell. At first I thought it was fresh paint but I've been here a week and when I open the patio door the smell is strong. I think it needs to be deodorized. Verified Renter Quail Run is quiet and the landscape is well maintained. However this could really be seen if they refreshed the paint and replace ALL the broken shutters. In addition , another issue for me, is the bathrooms are TOO small, and the vanities and tubs are TOO low for an adult?

The staff is very friendly and the apartment is very clean and renovated nicely before we even moved in. Would highly recommend for anyone starting out on their own
Verified Renter I’ve been living out in quail runs for about a lil over a year, I haven’t had many issues but of course we all do. Overall I love and enjoy the peace and quiet inside of the neighborhood and the kind encounters I’ve had with my neighbors.
