I Love it Here The apartment I stay in is very spacious, clean and quiet. The girls at the main office are very friendly and helpful and the community is well-kept with very friendly maintenance staff. I give it 4 stars because the buildings are old (my tub and water pressure could be a little better), and there are many sightings of "water bugs". good deal I haven't had any issues and I've been here about six months. Everything is working in my apartment and I really like the location. They paid me a $250 referral bonus for my friend moving in. He really likes his apartment too,.
Very Happy The Staff is great, my apartment is very cute and clean. Maintenance is very friendly and fast. And you cant beat the price and location! Im very happy with Quail Run (Iv been here for about 4 months)
Quail Run Apt. Well, the apartments are very clean, they keep the property facilities up to date and the staff is very friendly. The neighborhood/community is very nice and the people who live here are considerate of everyone else.
Apartment Living As you get older and alone, apartment living can be great to meet other people and have neighbors to watch out for you! One day I may by a Condo ...but single family home is not for me anymore. The Apartments that I live in are very close to everything, it is nice to drive 2 minutes and be at many restaurants, shopping centers and enjoy a beautiful pool and amentities.

Verified Renter The apartments are nice, mostly clean and usually quiet. The big issues lie with the gate constantly being broken, people flying through the complex blaring music, and there not being assigned parking spots.
Verified Renter Not having a good experience Management is rude & doesnt want to help tenants. Im fighting to renew my lease as we speak. Ive been treated wrong since Ive moved out here. I love my apartment & my property but Management arent doing there job.
